Adam went above and beyond. he responded quickly and seemed to genuinely want us to have a good experience. The location was very much central to everything I wanted to do without being in the "thick of it". far enough removed from the bustle of the evening shenanigans, but close enough to take part if you felt inclined. I didn't touch my car after arriving. I walked everywhere, from the slopes to the restaurants.

This house was exactly what we needed for our group of 12. Enough space to have communal dinner in the evenings. But also enough space to spread out and everyone has their own space. The hot tub was a must after long days of hitting the mountain. Super close to town and grocery store. Will definitely be booking again when we come back to Breckenridge.

The house accommodated our group of 14, we never felt crowded. Lots of space to hang out, close to downtown Breckenridge and other major ski resorts. The house could have used more shower towels for guests. We stayed a total of 12 days and thought there could have been more toilet paper, paper towels, soap and such amenities for the price we paid. Over all I would recommend Adam's place.

We had a great stay at Lance and Ashley's place! The house works great for larger groups with lots of bedrooms/beds and open common areas. The kitchen has anything you may need during your stay and nice appliances, too. Location is perfect, right on the mountain next to Breckenridge. It is a 5 minute drive to the South Gondola lot and main street. The hills in the neighborhood and driveway can be challenging for cars after lots of snowfall, so bring a 4WD car, if possible. Hosts were responsive to our questions during the stay. I would recommend to others!

This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home with 10 beds, features a large open living area and a sitting room, dining and bath. The other 4 bedrooms have direct bathroom access. Enjoy a evening soak in our 7 person hot tub with a view. If you need some quite time, take a break in our unique sun room! We've got a large patio, plenty of parking and direct access to national forest and hiking trails. In the winter we recommend 4 wheel drive. Breck can get alot of snow!

The house is spacious and works well for large groups. The bedrooms and ample dining space were a good fit for our multi-family group and made it easy to spend time together. However, the house and amenities could use some refreshing. The bedding and pillows were very low quality and uncomfortable. The kitchen is unevenly stocked. There are plenty of utensils and at least 40 knives, but they are all very dull, there was only 1 dish towel, there were a lot of cooking utensils but some were broken or not useful. There were also a few maintenance issues. The dishwasher rack falls off the track when opening it and the dishwasher itself does not appear to be attached to the cabinets. The dryer vent was clogged during our stay. The couches were also not very comfortable. Overall, the home clearly hosts a lot of large groups, but it feels like it has seen heavy use without much reinvestment in upkeep or quality improvements.

Had a great stay. Beautiful house looks just like the pictures. Lance and ashley were great responding. My only complaint was the driveway was Icy and unsafe. I think they should have cleared it or put down gravel. We should have not had to put down our own gravel. Had to make my own pathway to hot tub because it was full of ice as well.

The house was as described. Only thing that was worrisome was the drive way. Super steep to get in and out of on a hill. Even in 4 wheel drive found myself slipping not really a complaint or anything more of an FYI you need a good snow vehicle with 4x4 or all wheel drive to stay here. Extremely satisfied and would definitely stay there again or recommend to anyone looking.

We had such a great time at this place! The hosts were very responsive to our questions. The place was absolutely stunning and surrounded in nature. Was a short drive to town, however it felt like a cabin in the woods!  Amenities were great for some of my family coming in from out of town. The hot tub and massive kitchen was such a plus! We had a fox visitor, some bunnies and a very cute magpie bird. If you’re looking at this airbnb I definitely suggest you pull the trigger! Thank you guys so much for having us and helping us make a big impression on my parents visiting from out of state

Lance & Ashley’s place is a fabulous spot for short and long stays alike! Plenty of beds / bedrooms, living and dining space, and beautiful scenery. The outdoor deck and hot tub were a crowd favorite! Would definitely recommend. (Note: we stayed in the fall and it was easy to get to. Winter season may be difficult to get to depending on snow.)

The location was excellent too. It's a very quick and easy drive into Breck but the house was in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We will asolutely book again!

Muy agradecidos con las atenciones de los anfitriones y el servicio de Airbnb. Viajamos 11 personas en total y todavía había más espacio para más personas. La cabaña está súper calidad era nuestra preocupación con el frío de -17 grados pero estaba súper calientita. Superó mis expectativas. Muchisisimas Gracias nos llevamos hermosos recuerdos

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The location was perfect, and the place was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. With 17 of us, there was plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company. The backyard was a highlight, especially with the snow on Christmas Day, which made for fantastic sledding fun for the kids. Lance and Ashley were incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our family reunion, and we would happily return!

Lance and Ashley’s home in Breckenridge is very nice.  Huge clean home with enough rooms and beds to sleep a very large group.  Our grandkids loved the hot tub, bunk beds and game room. Plenty of  dishes, utensil and pots and pans.  We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend. We also enjoyed the big gas fireplace with the thermostat.  We would highly recommend.
